StudyCasein reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, if you violate these terms or engage in conduct deemed harmful to the platform, its users, or its integrity.
4. Use of the Service
4.1 Permitted Use
You may use the platform solely for lawful, personal, non-commercial educational purposes unless you have entered into a separate written agreement with StudyCasein permitting commercial use.

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. By making a purchase, you agree to the applicable payment processor's terms and conditions. StudyCasein does not store full payment card details.
6.3 Refund Policy
Refund eligibility is subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of purchase. Where a refund right applies, requests must be submitted to support@studycasein.com within the stated refund window. StudyCasein reserves the right to assess refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
